The Company, a vertically integrated Real Estate Investment Manager focused on the value-add Multifamily space, has teamed up with a leading Private Equity firm, to launch Multifamily Partners V, LLC (Fund V) a Multifamily Investment Vehicle to acquire, reposition and manage value-add Multifamily Assets in the United States. Similar to their previous Multifamily Funds, Fund V will continue to take a disciplined Investment approach that focuses on targeting Multifamily Properties with value-add potential located in high growth markets with strong market fundamentals and attractive long term demographic indicators to capitalize on strong demand for quality workforce housing in the United States.
