Rothwell Partners provide financing solutions to developers/sponsors for real estate projects across equity, mezzanine and senior debt categories. We introduce leading real estate investors and specialists that can provide equity only or equity plus uni-tranche financing to developers/sponsors for their projects.
We work on real estate projects with developers/sponsors assisting them in the raise with no maximum with regards to the capital raising amount. Our real estate categories are flexible, for example, we would consider assisting with student housing, social housing, multi family, hotels and resorts, rental, office, affordable housing, general residential, commercial and most other categories we would consider if the projects are viable.

We operate across the LTV/LTC spectrum and we can introduce equity, mezzanine and senior debt, or any combination thereof; deals can be arranged as uni-tranche style financing from only a handful of investors and/or specialists
All financing is arranged through our network of investors and specialists which include UHNWI’s, family offices, institutional investors and debt providers
We work closely with developers/sponsors in order to ensure a correct “fit” with identified partners
To kick start the process we usually require a fact sheet or similar for a specific semi ‘shovel ready’ project (s)
Once all is thoroughly prepared we contact our network in order to find the right partners for the project (s)
We require a demonstrable track record from the developer/sponsor ie projects previously completed etc
Our services are best suited for projects that require at least $10m equity and we are flexible on debt amounts
Some developer/sponsor equity/financial commitment “skin in the game” is usually required

In terms of any Agreement, this would be between your company and our US SEC registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA, and this would provide the flexibility of onboarding both US and non US investors.
